I am your lash tech 🤍 I am now a home based tech located in Maryland/VA Here are my policies and please read over once you’ve booked to make sure everything is in place for your future appointments 🤍 Policies: - When booking please understand the rules & regulations when signing the paper you receive you will agree to doing so ( Aftercare , etc. ) - Prior to your appointment please make sure your face & lashes are clean! ( If not i will have to charge for a lash bath) ❕ - I accept CASH and the app for payment methods ONLY!!! My site allows applepay to your convenience🤍 - When arriving PLEASE shoot me a message that you have arrived and i will let you know when it is safe to do so. Also PLEASE DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITH YOU WITHOUT PERMISSION TO DO SO❕ - If you have had covid 14 days prior to your appointment ( 6 days isolation time ) please for my safety and my others clients safety wear a mask. IF you test positive for covid you will not be charged a cancellation fee, this is the ONLY exception. - 10 minutes past your appointment without letting me know will be charged a 15$ late fee. 30/ No calls / No shows , will result in a 100% cancellation fee depending on the availability that day. If your card does not run you will be banned from making future appointments. If i text you prior and do not hear from you within 15-20 minutes of your appointment you will be charged as well. Cancellations the day of result in 100% of your appointment. - Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE - When wondering about availability my website is 100% accurate unless i contact you about a cancellation :)! If the time you’re trying to book for is unavailable then i am booked. - Contacting me : I do have “office hours” and never mind to take questions outside of those hours as well. Please do not call or text me on the weekends unless it’s an emergency or a cancellation notice for monday etc. - Please do not come to the door and knock when you arrive❕❕❕ - 72 hour cancellation policy - 75% of your appointment price. As well as no shows! - Upon baby’s arrival and being that i work from home please DO NOT TOUCH HER, KISS HER , TOUCH HER HANDS , OR ASK TO HOLD HER. She will be a newborn and i do 15-20+ clients a week, that’s just asking for her to get sick if i allowed people to touch and hold her. This is nothing personal🤍 - I also do not have a public restroom , however if it’s an emergency don’t hesitate to ask❕
